Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Marketing Agency Net Worth, including subscription plans and any associated fees, are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase you acknowledge and agree that no refund will be issued under normal circumstances.

2. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare and exceptional cases, a refund may be considered at the sole discretion of the Marketing Agency Net Worth support team. Examples of exceptional circumstances may include, but are not limited to:

• Duplicate charges resulting from a technical error.
• Service outages that prevented access for an extended period.
• Billing errors attributable to Marketing Agency Net Worth.

3. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptional circumstances described above, you must submit a written request via email to:

clientservices@swansprints.com

Your request must include:

• Your full name and the email address associated with your account.
• The date and amount of the transaction.
• A detailed explanation of the reason for your refund request.

4. Review Process

All refund requests are reviewed by the Marketing Agency Net Worth support team on a case-by-case basis. We aim to respond to all requests within 5–10 business days. The decision to approve or deny a refund is at the sole discretion of Marketing Agency Net Worth and is final.

5. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your current plan's features until the end of your billing period. No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for unused time remaining in a billing cycle.

6. AI-Generated Content

Valuation reports, action plans, and AI-generated narratives (including Buyer, Seller, and Investor perspectives) are produced on demand by generative AI and may vary between sessions and refreshes — see our Terms of Service. Dissatisfaction with the wording, quality, or variability of AI-generated content does not, by itself, qualify a purchase for a refund. All AI outputs are informational only and should be verified by a qualified human advisor before use — see our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is processed by AI providers.
